Dr. Bryan Hoffman brings over 25 years of clinical experience to his work at Zen Core Wellness. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University and graduated with honors in Anatomy and Histology from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. He completed his Family Practice residency at John Peter Smith and the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas in Fort Worth.
After building a thriving family medicine practice alongside his father, Dr. Hoffman recognized that conventional medicine sometimes fell short of addressing the deeper causes of illness. Seeking better solutions for his patients, and for his own health, he pursued advanced training in integrative and functional medicine. In 2017, he completed a postgraduate fellowship with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) and with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP).
A Personal Journey That Shapes His Care
Like many of his patients, Dr. Hoffman once struggled with unexplained health issues. Despite standard testing and treatments, his symptoms persisted. This personal experience inspired him to explore a more comprehensive, root-cause approach to wellness. Through integrative and functional medicine, he found solutions that restored his vitality, and transformed the way he cares for others.
Today, Dr. Hoffman combines the best of modern medical science with personalized, whole-person strategies. His approach empowers patients to understand their bodies, take control of their health, and heal from the inside out.
Life is a journey of growth and self-discovery. For years, Priscilla Hoffman carried the weight of past trauma with shame, until a near-death experience became a profound turning point. Surviving and returning to life ignited her mission: to transform pain into purpose and help others realize they are the miracle of their own lives.
Priscilla’s path of healing and resilience led her to study deeply with respected teachers across Mexico, Central, and South America, honoring a powerful lineage of ancestral healing while integrating modern holistic practices. She bridges ancient wisdom with a compassionate, science-informed approach to help people move through fear, embrace self-love, and reclaim their personal power.
Certified as an International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine, Halotherapist, and trained in Sex Therapy, Sound & Vibrational Healing, and a Yoga Instructor, Priscilla originally founded Spiritual Arts of Healing as a sanctuary for personal transformation. Today, she is honored to expand her impact by offering her services as part of Zen Core Wellness, a leading integrative health and wellness center, where her work integrates with functional medicine and other mind-body-spirit modalities.
At the core of her work is one guiding belief: healing begins within. Priscilla creates safe, transformative spaces where deep change can unfold, through personalized mentoring, sound and vibrational therapy, yoga, and holistic self-discovery experiences.
For anyone navigating life’s challenges, she offers a powerful reminder: obstacles are not the end, but an invitation to awaken and step fully into the life you were meant to live.
