Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please review our policy below:

Classes

Kindly cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee. Classes cancelled or missed within the 24-hour window will incur a $20 late fee.

Workshops & Events

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the full workshop fee will be applied.

Retreats – Day Retreats

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $150 non-refundable deposit applies to cancellations made prior to the 2-week window.

Multi-Day Retreats

Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $500 non-refundable deposit applies to cancellations made prior to the 6-week window.

Private Healing Sessions

Please cancel or reschedule your one-on-one wellness sessions at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the full session fee will be applied.
